Terms & Conditions for Free ESSVE Screws Promotion

1. Promotion Overview: Customers who purchase Shou Sugi Ban cladding from our company between June 1st and July 31st will receive a complimentary supply of standard stainless steel A2 screws provided by ESSVE to fit the cladding.

2. Eligibility:

• This promotion is open to all customers purchasing Shou Sugi Ban cladding from our authorized sales channels.

• The promotion is valid from June 1st until July 31st.

• We reserve the right to extend or end the promotion earlier at our discretion.

• The promotion is not applicable to any previous purchases made before June 1st.

3. Complimentary Screws:

• Each customer will receive a complimentary supply of standard stainless steel A2 screws from ESSVE with their Shou Sugi Ban cladding purchase.

• The number of screws provided will be calculated based on the amount of cladding purchased, ensuring sufficient screws for proper installation.

4. Premium Screws Option:

• Customers have the option to upgrade to premium stainless steel A4 screws from ESSVE at an additional cost.

• The additional cost for the premium A4 screws will be clearly communicated to the customer at the time of purchase.

5. Changes to Terms & Conditions:

• We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Any changes to the Terms & Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability:

• Our company and ESSVE are not liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss resulting from the use of the screws provided in this promotion.

• The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct and safe installation of the cladding and screws.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established.

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
